We welcome support from other groups interested in promoting and participating in The Great Kindness Challenge and/or organizing group activities. The success of the August 2009 Challenge was largely thanks to organizations like Kids Care Clubs and the YMCA of the USA, who publicized the event within their networks.
On August 8, 2009, The Great Kindness Challenge was celebrated by many other groups as well, including Girl Scouts, Boys and Girls Clubs, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, school classes, church groups and others.
